GREAT LEADERS AREN’T BORN. THEY’RE BUILT. 

Connect & Collaborate are BBH's two, one-year long programs for students entering their junior year of high school. Both programs are focused on developing a variety of skills, including leading through complexity, communicating effectively, and accomplishing results with diverse teams. Ultimately, the program will teach graduates to identify commonalities, regardless of background, and to leverage and celebrate each individual’s strengths. 

While we recommend that students go through both programs to get the full impact of the experience, participation in one year is not required to participate in the other.
